Very good location and facilities. Clean and nice, very cozy. Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend

The staff, especially the lead daytime receptionist is a wonderfully friendly person and was so helpful with all of our needs. On our first day at check in , we were created with a nice warm cup of coca tea which hit the spot as we were early into our acclimation to the high altitude of Cusco. On our departure, she then presented us with a beautiful little lama key chain as a parting gift. So special!!!

La atención del personal y la orientación al servicio que tienen es excepcional. Son muy preocupados y atentos. El lugar es muy limpio y organizado. Además sirven un rico desayuno. Recomendable!

Lo único mejorable podría ser el aislamiento del ruido, ya que desde nuestro dormitorio se escuchaba otras personas conversar en otras habitaciones del hotel. Aparte de eso, fue una gran experiencia en Casa Matara.

One of the best stays we’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the very beginning. The breakfast was outstanding, and the location was excellent. The room was lovely. Bed super comfortable. Perfect location. Staff were incredibly friendly. 10/10 all around. Upon arrival I was greeted with coca tea. When I told them I was from Louisiana (elevation below sea level) they were very kind and checked on me often since I was traveling alone. I was heading to Aguas Calientes for a night after my stay then heading back to Cusco before my next leg of my trip and they let me keep my large bag there after my stay so I would not have to travel with it for the short trip.

Tout était parfait durant ce séjour de trois nuits à la Casa Matara! Une note parfaite! L'endroit est nouvellement restauré, décoré simplement et avec goût, chaleureux; le personnel (une famille) est dévoué, sympathique, respectueux et professionnel. Les petits déjeuners et le café étaient bien organisés et délicieux. Nous recommandons sans la moindre hésitation cet hébergement!
