"El trato y descanso que uno merece."

La cama, ropa de cama, las vistas, el diseño de la habitación, el tamaño y sobre todo que tengan la opción de desayuno a la cama :)

Me gustó casi todo pero podrían por ahí revisar las duchas que a veces la gente las deja un poco atoradas con la arena. Un detalle. Pero en general todo bien.

"Beautiful views, but lacks basics"

The view and ocean access are amazing. Lots of whales to spot.

The rooms were not as well equipped as expected. We had booked a room with a kitchen and appliances, but many things were not very clean and difficult to use. For the price, we had hoped for a higher standard. The hotel overall could benefit from some updates and better maintenance.

The location is amazing. Lovely setting

Shabby chic, very shabby. Very over priced for what they provide. Intermittent hot water. Poor WiFi, average food, mandatory 10% service charge vs none at better hotels with smarter facilities and better food nearby (kichic and Annenas). The beach area is a disgrace, dirty and shabby. Half the beach toys missing.

The room was stunning with amazing views. The food was delicious and the staff were kind.

We got a massage and next door they had the music very loud, so we couldn’t relax.
