Kandi Palace

Very clean and excellent staff

The hotel is on a great location albeit on a busy main road in town. Staff were all very kind and happy. The rooms were big and comfy but colours to dated mostly black furniture which just collected and showed dust and in truth for a traveller too much cupboard space. Top floor restaurant great idea and views good but food warmer if taken in downstairs restaurant..

The fact the staff always repeating and taking calls for food orders from the upstairs restaurant..noisy and with today's technology not necessary Shower provision could be improved to stop water going all over floor and to ensure Shower heads are cleaned and secured without leaks

Everything was good in the room. Nice amenities and quiet ambience. Quiet and efficient air conditioning was great after dealing with the noisy window rattlers in other hotels around the Philippines. Polite and professional reception staff

Noise from the corridor outside room. Regularly hearing neighbours coming and going, house keeping staff chatting and elevator noise. This was tolerable though and not noisy too late in the evening. Paid for breakfast and was denied as I arrived at the restaurant 3 minutes past the 10am cutoff. FFS 3 minutes and zero wiggle room was disappointing.

Beautiful property always stay there when visiting Angeles. Have stayed there on various occasions and only realised this time was allowed to use their gym facility on a nearby site, wish i had been told earlier and not found out by a conversation with other tourist.

A large group of Nigerians not residents disturbing the piece by the pool on a couple of occasions. Other than that everything perfect as usual.
