I did not like anything.

There is a weird smell. It was so noisy. The location didn’t feel safe.

I like that it was very clean, no unpleasant smell, well-lit, well-ventilated. No false advertising, what you see online is what you get. No annoying surprises nor disappointment. The staff were very nice and attentive. What I liked the most was I was not required to give a deposit, and they allowed me to check in an hour earlier and check out earlier than 12pm (I checked out 5am due to my flight schedule) with NO EXTRA CHARGES, love it!

They don't have a mirror and I can't seem to see any telephone where I can easily call their receptionist when I need something like extra blanket. I have to go down from the 3rd floor to the reception area.

1. Its vicinity within NAIA. 2. Its provision of refrigerator and free bottled water.

1. As I had a minor emergency issue by midnight, and needed medicine, there was no near 24/7 pharmacy. 2. The front desk personnel upon my arrival and check out need to improve their customer/client service. They seem to have lacked empathy. 3. There was on-going rehabilitation within the property and there was also an on-going construction on the place next to the property. The environment was noisy until 5 pm. needed. 4. The socket had one tooth of the TV plug still attached. It might cause electrocution or any electrical issue.

Only its location which was walkable from the airport (terminal 1 i believe)

Need to pay with cash only. Only a place to sleep nothing more.

Poop from the dogs at the entrance floor, no kettle . And the blanket is only one which is the flat sheet , pillow is old .
