Tropicana Suites

La cama era cómoda y funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Personal poco resolutivo pero muy amable.

La habitación no se correspondía con las fotos en booking. Reservamos una suite superior del 12-14 Octubre de 2025 y cuando llegamos nos dieron la habitación 207. Las vistas del balcón eran horribles y en nada se parecían a las fotos de Booking con vistas a zonas ajardinadas. Se lo comentamos a la recepcionista, que no nos ofreció ninguna alternativa. Si te alojas aquí recuerda que no te den esta zona del hotel.

I am using this hotel for 10+ years now good to see so many staff still there the guys at the door the pool and the breakfast ladies are all fantastic always with a smile and welcome most even knows me by mane now

The checking staff looks new and was not professional when checking me in not much interaction not even a smile or welcome needs more training was like passport no please they are so many other staff members at this hotel who should be at the checking desk this is my first rudely checking at this hotel everything else was great as usual

Great location. Has a proper reception. Very large rooms. Bathroom was a bit small.

Location

Am disabled and couldn’t get into shower because of high curb. They only have ONE disabled room and that doesn’t include a kitchen. The only disabled advantage is a wall mounted handrail in bathroom.

Very neat and good quality hotel. Large room. I felt like a visiting dignitary. Was originally one of the best hotels in Manila and still great value for money.

ロビンソンズまで歩いて数分でとても便利です、部屋もバルコニー付きで洗濯干したりできたし料理も出来ました。
