Pillows Hotel Cebu

Very convenient location. Just a few minutes ride to SM Seaside and other landmarks. The family room is big and spacious. The beds are big and comfy. Soft pillows and bed. The bathroom is big as well. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast, although limited, is also good. :)

The only downside during my stay was the wifi. The connection in my room waa slow and it keeps on disconnecting. The smart TV also was of almost no use because it doesn’t connect automatically to the wifi and the wifi connection was not so strong.

Great service and good price.

We stay here many times because it is good value for money and the staff have a high standard.

Chambre spacieuse et confortable, une fontaine à eau (chaude et froide) sur le palier. Personnel adorable. Bon petit déjeuner, un peu léger peut-être pour les gros appétits. Espace de restauration dans l’hôtel, carte réduite mais c’est bon. Bon emplacement

Friendly staff. The elevator was broken when we checked in. They were not able to repair it immediately so the ladies in the front had to carry our luggage up to the 5th floor.

AC does not seem to work well. It is still hot in the room despite setting the AC to 16c. Also, rooms are dark, not enough lighting.
