Betten bequem, Zimmer schön und gross. Schöne Anlage, riesige Poolanlage, sehr gepflegt. Schöne Gartenanlage

Kein Willkommensdrink! Bei diesen Preisen wäre das Angesagt. Nicht mal ein Glas Wasser haben wir bekommen, ein Schande!Im Restaurant, keine Fruchtsäfte erhältlich!! Und das in Thailand, dem Land der Früchte. Keine Apero erhältlich, unverständlich in einem solchen Restaurant, dass Steaks verkaufen will. Wir wollten eigentlich in diesem Hotelrestaurant unser Abendessen einnehmen, doch die Unfähigkeit und Unwilligkeit des Personals, hat uns dann bewogen, an einem anderen Orte zu Essen, wo man Willkommen ist, und nicht als Störfaktor angeschaut wird. Beim Frühstück haben wir wenigsten ein wenig Käse oder Wurst erwartet, doch auch da war nichts! Dafür gabs Fruchtsäfte..... auch richtiges Brot wäre angesagt, und nicht die Gummitoast. Der Duschbereich im Zimmer, voller Schimmel, schade! Das Personal, am Morgen früh, schreit von Zimmer zu Zimmer, ab 07'30 Uhr weiter zu schlafen, ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit.
