I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and ensured that everything was handled smoothly. The room was spotless, well-designed, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and I had some of the best sleep I’ve had in a while. Housekeeping maintained high standards throughout my stay, and all amenities were thoughtfully provided. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the professionalism of the staff. Everyone was courteous, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. It made the entire experience feel relaxed and enjoyable. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping centrews. Overall, it was a great balance of comfort, convenience, and value. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit.

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and my overall experience has been fairly consistent. The room stay itself was comfortable, and the cleaning staff did a good job maintaining hygiene and handling requests professionally. The management and reception team were also cooperative and helpful, which made the overall stay smoother. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. One noticeable issue is that the lobby area tends to be quite noisy, likely due to its open layout, which can affect the overall calm and comfort of the environment. The main concern is with the kitchen and breakfast quality. While the food is acceptable, the breakfast requires improvement, especially from a desi (local cuisine) perspective. Some items felt heavy and not well-balanced, which may lead to digestion or stomach issues. Improving food quality and variety in breakfast would significantly enhance the guest experience. Overall, the hotel offers good service, cooperative staff, and a decent stay, but improvements in noise control and food quality would make it a much better experience.
