My wife said this "this is the first time I have seen a hotel room properly set up for disabled people except for our own one". The restaurant was really great as before and is a great draw for the property

I think it was a bit much sending me back to the room for the plastic key like a little bit in disgrace. I think it is not too much to expect the cleaner to do that as part of what they do going round. Another point is that there is a nice wheelchair ramp with paths but has nobody noticed that there is no way to get from there to the car park without crossing things which are genuine barriers to disability scooters, like the loose stone pathway or over a raised kerb if we are talking about the far side of the carport. You made a big investment in the ramp and the pavement but you didn't finish the job that made sure there was a path to the cars! I won't take a point off for this, this time, because maybe nobody pointed this out before, but I really hope that by out next visit you will do what is necessary to solve this. It's no big investment compared to what was already done for the disabled, but it will make all the difference.

Really splendid place. I would like to come here again, especially the restaurant. I know that there is a tendency now to give ten points as long as there is nothing wrong, but this actually deserves a ten even on the old-fashioned scale.
