"Pobyt oceniam na udany mimo pewnych niedogodności w naszym pokoju"

Bardzo dobra obsługa, świetne śniadanie, znakomity relaks w bali z solanką, wygodne łóżko.

Zimno w pokoju, problem z ogrzewaniem, dostaliśmy grzejnik, nie było to jednak komfortowe; problem z zamykaniem drzwi- zgłosiliśmy do recepcji więc myślę, że usterki zostaną usunięte.

- bardzo miły, uprzejmy i pomocny personel na recepcji - przestronne pokoje - świetna lokalizacja, bliko Term oraz głównej trasy - dzięki pobytowi w hotelu dostępne są zniżki na Termy

- podczas pobytu wczesną wiosną w pokoju było trochę chłodno, ale dzięki sprawnemu działaniu recepcji zorganizowano farelkę.
