Czystość profesjonalizm i przemiła obsługa, najczęściej gdy widzi się młodego człowieka podróżującego solo olewa się go bo to i tak jedna osoba ale nie tutaj. Przemiły i przepomocny personel państwo widzieli że jestem tu pierwszy raz w tym mieście i ze wszystkim pomogli jesteście najlepsi 🫶

Nic. Słaby obiekt. Nie polecam! Zabiegałka! Z okolicznościowymi imprezami - urodziny, rocznice itp.

Wejście do hotelu przez knajpę. Ciasnota. Mocno wysłużony designe!

Zaskakujaco wszystko mi sie podobalo - na pewno tam wroce jesli bede planowal nocleg w poblizu.

Brak uwag - pod kazdym wzgledem.

Znakmoita kuchnia, przytulne pokoje i bardzo pomocna obsługa

Friendly local accommodation full of character Rain shower air conditioning was much appreciated Good breakfast selection especially very good and fresh bread from a local bakery Spacious room with armchairs table and spacious double bed Lovely employees especially pani Barbara such a professional, welcoming helpful and friendly lady. She needs a pay rise she is a great asset to Mocaddoro team! I highly recommend Mocaddoro for a stay in Upper Silesia :)

I genuially really liked the hotel and I would happily come back if opportunity arises but I would like to make some small tiny improvements/suggestions: 1. Provide full selection of teas and decaff coffea in the room (My twin room only had 2 green teas and coffea creamers and sugar but no other teas and coffea sachets) i did ask at reception and was given extra tea bags instead which was good:) 2. Provide up to date printed menu for your restaurant in the actual rooms so its easy for people to avail of room service option (there was none in my room) 3. Non meat vegetarian options during breakfast would enhance the buffet selections: for example plain pancakes or nalesniki, waffles , plain scrambled eggs or poached eggs without meat would be great and maybe also vegan sliced meat or vegan dairy free yogurts would be great 4. Also when being show to the room by a young lady from reception I was not offered help with the luggage which most places would do automatically :) Thank you best wishes

A truly charming and cozy hotel. Our room was immaculately clean and very comfortable, providing a perfect place to relax. The restaurant serves delicious food. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

While there was a bit of a language barrier, the staff was helpful and always made an effort to communicate. We managed to understand each other just fine.
