Na duży plus balkon oraz lodówka w pokoju z czym w dwugwiazdkowych hotelach rzadko ma się do czynienia. Do Starówki w Olsztynie blisko na piechotę.

Nie jest to wina hotelu ale jedyny minus to odległość do jakiegoś sklepu spożywczego jest dość spora jak i przystanek autobusowy również nie jest jakoś specjalnie blisko.
