Dear guests, if you wish to receive an invoice for the service, please inform us before making payment. Without prior notice, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. We would like to inform you that from August 15, 2024, in accordance with the regulations of the Act of May 13, 2016, on counteracting threats related to sexual offenses and protecting minors. The following will be required to register a child at the Hotel Panorama.: Your identification document (identity card, passport, driving license, mCitizen app). The identification document of the child traveling with you (if it is your child). This applies to both individuals who are not related to the child, and grandparents or uncles who are not their guardians at the time. Consent from the parents or legal guardians (if it is not your child). In the absence of the above, i.e., points 2 and 3 – you will need to sign a declaration regarding your relationship with the child and their personal data. We ask for your understanding towards our staff, who are required to verify the relationship between the child and the accompanying adults in the hotel according to the new regulations. We act primarily with the safety of your children in mind.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. When staying at the property with children, note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult they’re staying with. A deposit may be required at the property.
