Due to the change in tax regulations, the invoice number should be provided before paying the fee. After printing the fiscal receipt without a tax identification number, it will not be possible to issue an invoice. If you need an invoice, please provide your details when making your reservation. Aquapark is closed from 31/08/2026 to 13/09/2026 due to a scheduled technical break. Please note that children accompanied by adults need to provide a valid {ID/government-issued ID/passport/student ID} and identify his/her relationship with the adults at check-in.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
