Hotel położony w samym centrum miasta. Jeżeli ktoś chce eksplorować miasto, to dobra baza wypadowa do pieszych wędrówek po Chojnicach. Hotel ma swój parking i oceniając wielkość obiektu vs wielkość parkingu, dla wszystkich powinno wystarczyć miejsca. Pokoje w standardzie właściwym dla 3 gwiazdek. Fajna łazienka z dużym prysznicem.

W pokoju powinna być lodówka. W hotelu nie ma też windy, a schody są "wymagające", na pewno nie dla osób "pod wpływem" :-) Kawa z małego termosu i woda na herbatę też z małego termosu, to standard lat 90. Dzisiaj już wręcz niespotykane, a tutaj niestety wciąż funkcjonuje. Śniadania zdecydowanie wymagają poprawy. Poza wspomnianym brakiem ekspresu brakuje: mleka, owoców, czegoś słodkiego - ciasta.
