The restaurant food wasn’t that great. The vanity outlets and vanity light stopped working.

Worst hotel experience ever. Do not book a stay here! Our problems started the moment we arrived. This property is a combined hotel, casino, and convention center, yet the infrastructure is completely inadequate. When we arrived, the parking garage was entirely full, forcing us to park on the 5th floor. Shockingly, there is no elevator in the garage. We had to lug all of our baggage down five flights of dark, dingy stairs to get to the lobby. No staff members offered to help us, nor did anyone warn us about the lack of an elevator. When we finally got to our room, it was freezing. The AC was locked at 64F. When I called the front desk, I was told that, by policy, guests are not allowed to control their own room temperature! We had to wait two hours in a freezing room for a maintenance technician to come turn it up. Worse yet, every single time we wanted to adjust the temperature, we were forced to call maintenance back down. The Wi-Fi was completely non-functional on our floor. We complained twice, but absolutely nothing was done to fix it. The walls were incredibly thin; we could clearly hear every single conversation happening in the room next to ours. Clean towels were never available at the pool. To top it off, the location is terrible. It is nowhere near walking distance to the city, and the "view" from the infinity pool is just a noisy highway. When we decided we had enough and wanted to check out early to find another hotel, I called Marriott corporate. They informed me they couldn't do anything because this location is a franchise and operates under its own independent policies. Save your money and your sanity, stay somewhere else.
