Absolutely brilliant concept and execution. The artworks around the hotel, the details in the room, the information provided by the hotel is really incredible. I couldn't stop taking pictures of the room and all the details around the hotel. We also took a walking tour along the wall with Marwan which was amazing to get some more details and see the AIDA camp. The museum in the hotel is a must, even for those not staying at the hotel, and the art exhibition was fantastic. We spent Saturday evening at the museum, reading and buying books from the library and listening to beautiful traditional live music! Only caution to give from my experience: be careful when leaving Tel Aviv airport with Palestinian political novels, they were not thrilled at my purchases... but I have no regrets!

The price is high given the prices in Bethlehem and of course the hotel trades on Banksy's name to justify but it really is spectacular site. The only thing we were not amazed by was the food, we ate much better for much less in the city but found the dinner and snack options a bit overpriced and lackluster. The breakfast had a really great variety and was presented well, though again not as tasty as thing we had eaten in more casual, "local" places.

The staff were amazing, along with everything else in this fantastic hotel. This made an old man feel like a child again with the hidden entry to the accommodation area behind the book case, and the fantastic artwork in the room we were fortunate to stay in, to the wonderful breakfast and at last after 10 weeks travelling a great coffee that anyone from Melbourne (we know good coffee) would enjoy. Thank you all at the hotel for making this a great experience.

"Interesting and educational"

The Location is in Palestine, so just beware if you have a rental car, you are not supposed to take it in Palestine, however, we did and the parking is secure. The hotel was opened by Banksy, the artist and activist and it has quirky art and decor. This would be considered a 3-star hotel in most countries, but the significance of the hotel was very educational to me. We went on a private tour that the hotel set up and got to see many important places and the viewpoint of the people of Palestine. It was educational and eye-opening and I enjoyed it all.

"We loved the uniqueness of the hotel and would definitely return"

The breakfast was very plentiful and delicious. Nice to be served and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

The only thing we could have asked for was a better location. The view from our room was very built up and a lot of very noisy children playing until late at night on the roofs opposite our room.
