Conforto, decoração geral do hotel e generoso tamanho do quarto. Bom pequeno-almoço. Simpatia dos funcionários.

Coisas pontuais que facilmente podem resolver. O sinal de TV era fraco e o AC não estava a aquecer convenientemente o quarto.
