Room was cold in the first night. Toilet was broken ( water flusher )

Nice staff, good size rooms, beds were not so comfortable. Loredana from the restaurant terrace was lovely and the receptionist but didn't get her name

Nice property with excellent location and access to a variety of super markets.

Shower had leaks so the bathroom floor would occasionally get wet.

..unfortunately doesn't worth the money, the elevator wasn't working, there is no hot water to have a shower during the day, only 2 plugs in a 2 room apartment, first night was no soap in the bathroom and nothing to cover when sleeping at night time. All the rest was jest ok.but for 250 lei a night we had a stay at 4th floor and the elevator wasn't functional and we could only have showers at night time. And no wireless internet.they say they have internet but...is not working

Location is the main advantage of this hotel. Located within a 5 min walk from Tulcea’s Main Street, it provides an easy and quick access to the bus station, eateries and airport transfer pick up point

Nobody at the reception. I arrived at about 7.00pm, waited for a staff to come to the reception for about 15min - nobody showed up. I walked to their restaurant and found a waiter there who checked me in. When this person was checking me in she saw that I had a small suitcase and a very big one fully packed. She gave me a key to the room on the third floor. When I asked her about the elevator, she said it doesn’t work. No apologies, no nothing. I had to argue with her to get space to leave my big suitcase in the office space on the ground floor. She didn’t offer a luggage storage.
