La signora in accoglienza gentilissima.

Sono rimasto un po’ male perché avevo prenotato una camera con vasca da bagno per esigenze mie personali, non mi è stato comunicato che la stanza datami sarebbe stata senza perché un ospite ha prolungato la sua permanenza, impedendomi di fatto di poter avere la camera per la quale ho prenotato e pagato. Poteva essere gestita un pochino meglio la cosa, ma per il resto la signora è stata molto gentile. L’altra piccola nota negativa è stata che dopo un viaggio infinito tra aereo, treno, taxi al freddo sono arrivato in stanza alle 23 e mi sono dovuto mettere lenzuola e coperte al letto da solo, pensavo di trovare già pronto.
