Curățenia așternuturile.

Nu era hârtie igienică. Baia era cu emailul deteriorat. Internetul era f.slab,nefuncțional, Nu există minibar, zgomot de la calorifer. Recepționera Nu-ți dă informații in momentul check in ului cu privire laservirea micului dejun(orar, sală de servire), mic dejun limitat ca ofertă. Din păcate, o structură cu un mare potențial, gestionata foarte prost. .

Locația în centrul orașului Focșani.

Hotelul nu este renovat de cel puțin 30 de ani. Nu știu de ce permite o astfel de situație Consiliul Județean Focșani,mai ales că e la doi pași acest hotel și strică fațada orașului.
