Amazing view, SPA and swimming pool at the mountain is rare and is a luxury.

The pool lacks some of the features shown in the marketing and needs repair.

The view is amazing. The food was pretty good and the rooms were nice.

The spa has only a very small and uninteresting pool and only 1 very small sauna that's too hot (I think the heating element was made for a bigger sauna). Pretty disappointed for a place that has "hotel and spa" in the name.

We liked the location and views

We didn’t like a lot of things getting in mind that there is nothing nearby: 1. There is no window mesh to be able to keep the room windows open 2. The restaurant food is not good at all no taste and very limited 3. There is no entertainment after 9pm, even the garden it is peach black you can’t even stay to enjoy the outdoors 4.no coffee or tea facility in the room, no fridge, no water 5. After 9pm when restaurant close you have no option to access something for drink or eat ( at least a vending machine will help) 6. Too many flies in the outdoor restaurant, no killer devises installed. ,can’t enjoy your meal

I appreciated the cleanliness of the property. Very well maintained.

There is no fridge in the room, an elevator would have been nice for when you move the luggage up to the top floor, and I must mention that maybe this is not fully to the property responsibility l, but the some outside entertainments will be nice (e.g. lake related activities - boat trips, etc) I have to mention that the SPA facility is a “+” and I noticed that hotel has connection the Quads rental

Amazing views of Barajul Dragan. All rooms have a view. Delicious breakfast, lunch and dinner offered at the restaurant. Personal is very polite and attentive. Good facilities including indoor pool, sauna, soccer field, bbq area, covered parking area etc.

Carpets in the rooms need to be replaced. Our matresses were somewhat uncomfortable. Towels and bath robes were clean but worn out. Water in the swimming pool is stale, heavily chlorinated and needs to be replaced.
