Un loc pitoresc, departe de aglomerație, deși foarte aproape de oraș

Prea cald - climatizorul era doar într-o cameră şi nu făcea faţă la caniculă. Pe așa caniculă, dacă plănuiți să vizitați propertietatea, rugați să vă pornească climatizorul cu vreo 2-3 ore de a ajunge, de altfel o să aveți parte de căldură insuportabilă. Vreo 50 metri de drum cu pietriș și iarbă sau crengi care ar putea zgârâia mașina.
