the broken tiles in the bathroom white piece of cardboard fell of the sink mold and dirt everywhere stinking carpets full of bugs beds pissed on and blood too no recwptionist,keys were not working

Nothing at all.

It is a super old building with no visible staff to answer a question or do a proper check in. The shower leaked and had to clean the floor with towels. The bed super uncomfortable and we could get no proper sleep due to the traffic noise outside. The breakfast was promised, however, there was no breakfast when we came downstairs and had to wait 15 minutes for someone to come downstairs.
