Nichts! Wir sind nach wenigen Stunden wieder ausgecheckt! Nicht buchen!

- keiner erreichbar! Nie eine Antwort bekommen - wir wussten nicht wie man eingecheckt - kaution musste vorab überwiesen werden! Super kompliziert. Haben sie immer noch nicht zurück bekommen! - alles komplett schmutzig - kein Geschirr, Küche eklig - Bettwäsche zerissen und schmutzig - Pool ist okay aber nichts Besonderes - man kann es hier keine Nacht aushalten - bitte nicht buchen! Die guten Bewertungen hier sind nur von Malaysier gekauft und nicht echt.

"Bien...en apparence"

La résidence est récente et propre, les espaces communs sont top (piscine et salle de sport notamment).

En revanche, l'appartement manque d'entretien : - plusieurs meubles cassés/abîmés - ménage pas top (tapis sale, derrière les portes...) - pas possible d'utiliser les poêles qui sont brûlées (déjà mentionné dans un commentaire de 07/2024!) - une seule plaque puisque pas de gaz dans la gazinière (pour des raisons de sécurité) - les douchettes aux toilettes ne fonctionnent pas - une climatisation ne fonctionne pas Enfin les "futons" sont des matelas au sol - dont l'utilisation est facturée. Cerise sur le gâteau : les frais de ménage obligatoires, en sus.

Rumah ok. Bersih n luas.. Facility pun ok.. Kolam cntik

I stay under agent MARVIELLE HOME MANAGEMENT.. Their host so SLOW to respond all my question. I'm very disspointed. My security deposit they keep almost 4 day after we c/out meanwhile in their rule supposed to refund in 24H after c/out. They also said their sofa pillow was missing and charge us rm60 for 1 pillow which is we did'nt take or stole it. When i asked for refund, they ghosting my wasep and after 4 day, i got my own money back!! It was made after i keep on pushing to give back my money. They also did'nt want to pick up any single fon call. Just a wasup. Be carefull guys if u want to stay under this mnagment.

"Mooi appartement maar afwerking nog gaande."

Appartement ligt buiten centrum, ca 20 minuten per grab naar De Jetties. Ruim appartement met mooi uitzicht en lekker zwembad.

appartement was vermoedelijk nog niet af: in 1 slaapkamer lagen matrassen op de grond: laminaat met forse kieren. De keuken was nieuw, plastic zat nog op afzuigkap en koelkast. Geen doucheschuim/shampoo en erg kleine handdoeken. Op de bedden een gekreukt en dun dekbed. Betaling van borg moest via onduidelijk en omslachtige digitale omgeving, ook terugvragen ging zo. Gebouw is ook gehorig.
