Location is great for the price

Uphill climb not good for elderly

Warm and receptive staff

Need to climb to the elevated position of the hotel from the major road

Close to the Haram and restaurants, with clean accommodations , good price and excellent assistance from Osama Atia at the reception

Elevator very busy and slow

Location good but facilities in the bath room,shower,sinki n toilet,after press the water too.much noisy n compressor from Air-conditioning toomuch noisy sound very loud n not deep sleep proper..get the maintenance to repair all facilities not working very well soon..thanks

Never judge a book by it’s cover, the outside looks run down and dated, the hotel is hidden in an alleyway and difficult to find but as soon as you walk the staff are hospitable, friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and pleasant, the location is great for Haram a very short walk transport wise lots of taxis nearby overall a very pleasant experience I will highly recommend the hotel the bonus was an electric hot plate to cook and heat up food with storage cupboards
