Shower temp and pressure weren't as good and hot as I wanted. But that's a me thing.

The pool was great. We had the King Supreme room, so the size was good. Location to La Ropa beach was decent. About a 8min walk. And close enough to good restaurants.

The staff weren’t that friendly. Quite aggressive/authoritarian. They held us back from our airport taxi cause she wanted to count all our glasses /towels, for example. The wifi was spotty. The Netflix at night for the kids usually didn’t work. We had to consistently reconnect. Not a big thing, but our large suite only had one air conditioning unit in the bedroom.

It was very spacious and clean with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. The hotel was right on the bus route to the beach or downtown for only .50 a ride which ran constantly. This also applied to taci service. Stores and restaurants were nearby. The pool was clean snd refreshing. Wifi worked great, beds were comfy. Centrally located. I would highly recommend.
