Location

The guy in the reception (he was wearing casuals) was very rude and unwelcoming. He made me and my family wait for almost 1 hour before completing the checkin.

"Beautiful, storage was a downside"

Everything was beautiful, beautiful checking in and 2 pm check out

What was not great at all is that they didn't not have any storage, so I couldn't do anything until after maghrib, which was the time I had to leave madina. And booking a extra day would be such a waste. They didn't offer to keep it even though I had such a small bag.
