"Good but could have been way better if the staff was responding in a timely manner"

Location is good Room was good

Everything was good but the service was poor. Asked about water bottles alot but the guys were not coming Pathetic response of staff members. Seems like don’t care attitude Rest everything was very good

Room size, very close to mosque esp men's prayer area in the front, clean bathroom, lift not congested

No wifi in the room, no parking, can park & pay at the mosque underground parking, direction to the hotel via waze or google map is quite difficult due to some road closure etc.

"Only one thing is good in the hotel that is location, very near to gate 365 of Masjid e Nabvi"
