قمت بحجز ليلتين، ولكن عند الوصول تفاجأت بإبلاغي بأنه سيتم استقبالي لليلة واحدة فقط، وإجباري على المغادرة في الليلة الثانية بحجة "إجراءات الحج"، دون أي تعويض أو مراعاة لخطة سفري وضيق الوقت! الأدهى من ذلك أن إجراءات إلغاء الليلة الثانية واسترداد المبلغ كانت في غاية السوء والعشوائية؛ حيث واجهت إدارة الفندق صعوبة بالغة في التعامل مع منصة "بوكينق" والرد عليهم بسبب أعطال لديهم وجهل بالإجراءات، لدرجة أنني كنت أقوم بتوجيههم وتعليمهم الطريقة الصحيحة للرد وإنهاء المعاملة! تجربة مريرة ومليئة بالمرمطة والتخبط، بدايةً من طردي قبل انتهاء مدة حجزي دون توفير أي بدائل أو تعويضات، وصولاً إلى العقم الإداري في التعامل مع الإلغاء. تجربة لن تتكرر أبداً.

وصلنا العمره قبل موسم الحج بأسبوع فكانت القيمه مبالغ فيها

Beds, pillows, quilt: Super quality duvets. 10/10 Room decor : good 6/10 Corridors and hotel appearance l: good 7/10 Reception: speaks good English. 8/10 Shower area: nicely tiled The hotel is courteous enough to reply to the queries/messages, but they replied late. The distance to white floor of haram is almost 3-5 minutes. Then to rows depends on how the security guys move you and to what area. But i think the location is good. Its on a mountain. But easily climb able. . I would want to stay again but price is high in value to money , as compared to value for miney in neighbouring hotels Anjum or Sheraton and are higher in price but provide better value to money.. Hotel is given 5 stars. Which i think it is not. Overall the hotel is good. But rooms are small and pungent smell of drain is a big draw back. Rest all is manageable.. and obviously price shouid be less. Thanks to hotel staff..

Room size: Small as compared to price. So small that you cant spread your bags iron easily not disturbing others 5/10 Room aroma and freshness: 2/10 bad smell of dry drain from washroom. They need the p-trap water drain. Its such negative point that you cant recommend the hotel to anybody. Shower area: has a slab for shampoos etc. its at a height of almost 56-58"". It hits your head again and again while shower, if you are 6 feet tall. Washroom; small. Pungent, only two towels sets, towels fabric quality is good. Dressing table in cupboard! So bad. It should be in the room, not in the way from door to room. f u stand there to setup yourself, others can't pass. I had an incident. The airspace was closed from Qatar. Flights were cancelled. I asked them if they will refund full amount as its a force majeure event. Booking.com help center refers to the hotel to ask them to waive the cancellation fee, and the hotel says ask booking.com. In restaurant the noise of the dishes banging each other on trolley is a big nuisance. Its so annoying when they put plates and other crockery on it and move it to washing area. They can use rubber tyres trolley to fix this issue.
