Mines Inn Hotel

The owner, Mr Wong Ah Han and his staff went beyond the normal hotel protocol to assist us in so many ways. They were extremely helpful and kind of all 14 of us, senior citizens, even going out of their way to look after us so well, especially also helping us to bring heavy luggages to the train station, relieving us of this burden. They also helped to recommend a very good tour and various great local food for us to enjoy. All of us were very grateful to Mr Wong, his family and staff for giving us a very blessed stay and beautiful memories of Gua Musang.

Nothing that we can think of.

The location.

My Room was on the ground floor, and is close to the staff operation area , its noisy at night whenever the staff walk in and out of their routine. Not recommended to get the room on ground floor.

Exceptionally efficient and friendly staff. The lady drove us to the station when we left with our backpacks. Very clean.Old station lovely and we happened to be there when one of the fast trains wizzed by. Not sure how much choice in hotels we had here. No lift and none of the extras you get in big city hotels. No Grab or taxis.

En todas las reseñas se indicaba desayuno gratuito y no fue así. Además tuvimos que cambiarnos de habitación porque la ventana no cerraba.
