"Beautiful place but customer service could be much better."

Clean, very big room

Staff didn’t give enough information for check in. when arrived at 2 am, cannot check in due to inadequate info. No standby staff. Need to call a few times for the staff to wake up. Small HP air conditioner for a big room. Took quite a while to get to a comfortable level of coolness.
