However, there was only one thin piece — more like a towel than a blanket — and it was only for one bed; the other single bed had no blanket at all. Instead of resolving the issue in a professional manner, the communication came across as defensive and blaming, suggesting that it was my fault for not requesting a blanket. This kind of response made the whole experience feel like poor customer service, as a basic request was turned into unnecessary pressure instead of being addressed with a simple solution.
