The location is in Tawau City, the staff was nice and the room was okay. And there was a gecko in the bathroom :)

The 2nd matrass (boxspring part) was yellowy, there was dust on the closet and the seat of the chair was very old and cracked - they need replacement & cleaning. Also, booking.com says that the location of this hotel is kind of close to Tawau Hills Park - this is not the case: the location on booking.com is wrong! I had to find the actual location on google maps. Very sloppy, because I wanted to be near Tawau Hills Park and not the city center. Please fix the adress in booking.com
