I ordered oxtail for dinner, room service was burned and could taste it but was too hungry to take it back😄

"Beautiful place"

The staff was friendly and helpful. The place was beautiful , comfortable and right by the ocean.

There wasn't enough parking inside, so we parked outside on the street(it was safe though). There was no swimming pool,(but they arranged for the kids to swim at a neighboring hotel)

"The change in room and no refund dampened my stay and holiday such a bad experience"

I paid for a superior room with a separate lounge area only to get a standard room and no refund only a fruit basket; showers need regrouting and removal of brown dirt on grouting.

"Fantastic Botique Hotel"

Fantastic Boutique Hotel right opposite the lagoon where you can see the Flamingos. Rooms are quiet and the bed is huge! Breakfast was amazing with loads of variety. Will definitely be back
