"POOR SERVICE DURING OUR STAY"

The location was good

Their service was so poor,, and the room was not properly inspected from their manager in such a way that the room was full of mosquitoes, the toilet seat has been worn out, and the room was not tidy up during my dad and mum stay. The amount paid for the hotel doesn't worth it. I'm so disappointed that I could get these displeasure from my inlaws through the Presken Hotel Reliance, Allen, Ikeja, Lagos and booking.com.

The brakfast should be self served. The price can be adjusted to meet this requirement. Other hotel allow guest serving themselves.
