Seemd a little worn out, the bedroomdors was not posdible to close, the sinc in the barhroom was not possible to use.

Tallhöjden is filled with rustic charm! It was the perfect place for us to meet and have a party for 21 people. Our family congregated from Canada, Norway and Sweden for a weekend in July. The cabins are roomy and they worked out nicely for us. (Our festivities continued there after the restaurant closed for the night). The food was excellent! The pool was a nice bonus. I totally recommend this place if you want to be close to nature and eat some excellent food in a (historic) building. The lakes and boreal-forests in the surrounding areas are so beautiful! A hikers and bikers haven. Lotta and her staff were great!

Location was good (also opposite gas station), bed was comfortable, ability to side outside in front of your room, staff enables us to check in after check-in times.

Noise of something (?) could be heard throughout the night which makes it hard to fall asleep, breakfast was mediocre, sink was right in front of the toilet which was a bit uncomfortable

It was the perfect place for a family reunion and dinner party (21 people). The food was excellent. The cabins were spacious and rustic, just as we had imagined. The room in the main lodge was very nice as well with a rustic feel and each room had double doors out to a sitting area. The outdoor pool was a nice surprise. It was not heated but very refreshing in the summer heat. Lotta (the owner) was very helpful and friendly.

The front property was starting to show it’s age and it was a bit overgrown.
