To much noise

The only positive about this stay is the location and the relatively friendly staff.

WiFi didn't work. The bed is extremely firm. The shower water took many minutes to turn warm, then gradually hot. I saw 2 cockroaches on the wall in the bathroom as I waited for the water to heat up. There is too much noise from other guests and/or music playing at any point throughout the night. Really, the only reason I see to stay here is the low price and good location.

It is a health hazard. It was filthy and disgusting. The room was crawling with bugs. I was barely through the door and there were insects on the walls and what worse - on the bed, which was covered with stains. Dust everywhere and barely-there lighting. The entire place is creepy. The staff was very rude. I arrived after check-in time (which is only a 2 hour window) and was told I cannot get the room from the reservation, even though the reception was open, but I am welcome to a room outside of booking at a higher price. After seeing my room, I was running from there screaming. I immediately asked to cancel the stay and asked for my money back because I wouldn't be using the room, I was told they can't do that, because they already "registered me".
