This hotel was disgustingly dirty. I honestly don’t think the carpet has been vacuumed in years – it was filthy. Cobwebs and spiders all over the room, clearly neglected for a very long time. The bathroom was even worse: the shower was grimy, the toilet bowl looked like it hadn’t been cleaned or maintained in years, and even the cups provided for toothbrushes were dirty. The receptionist was extremely rude and completely uninterested in helping us with anything. The only thing she cared about was charging us 9€ in taxes and getting rid of us as quickly as possible. There was no breakfast at all, despite what was advertised. We requested a double bed and got two separate ones. To top it all off, the room was full of massive mosquitoes. An absolute nightmare – avoid at all costs.

La chambre était conforme aux photos et propre , le personnel était très gentil, proche de l’autoroute. Je recommande, à bientôt !

Abbastanza pulito e comodo alle terme

Sproporzione qualità-prezzo. Albergo con stile retrò, discretamente pulito ma nessun servizio, nemmeno la colazione! Un 4 stelle con il lavandino scheggiato, la doccia col box mezzo scassato NON SI PUÒ VEDERE
