Persoonlijke gesprekjes met de mensen in de bediening en receptie.

Ontbijt wat warrig. Of je je moest aanmelden of niet. Je komt binnen en waar is het buffet of kan je een bordje pakken.

Mooie locatie en sauna. Lekker ontbijt apart gereserveerd, en vriendelijk personeel.

Ee nachtlampje in de kamer.

Heerlijk hotel, fantastische faciliteiten, overheerlijk diner en goede service. Sfeer en ligging zeer goed.

Geen water en handdoeken in de gym.

The room was very comfy and clean. The location which is very close to the National Park De Hoge Veluwe is a big plus. It has also a big and free parking area.

The receptionist is rarely manned. It wasn't clear to us as well that hotel guests are allowed to eat at the restaurant (albeit only ala carte menu) without reservation, that we almost went out to look for dinner elsewhere. The bill at the end was also not exact, the room cost that we have paid via Booking.com made it to the final due amount at check out.

Very comfortable. Near to the National Forest and the Kroller Muller gallery which is great. I liked being able to rent a bike from the hotel. I enjoyed the breakfast. The lounge was nice for reading and bar snacks/drinks.
