Having visited a number of times, the owner is always welcoming and attentive to detail. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space. The breakfast is always lovely, with lots to choose from and will fill you up for the day.

A small fridge in the room would be useful, especially if you are staying longer than a couple of days.

Great place to stay. The room was spacious, very tidy and clean and had basic necessities (i.e., kettle, tv, etc.). I stayed in Monday so there were no staff around (not really an issue for me)

We liked the central location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions. The restaurant impressed us with its high-end ambiance and quality food. The dishes we tried were delicious and well-prepared, and the service was excellent. We appreciated the availability of seasonal cuisine during our visit. The room was very spacious, with a comfortable living room area and a large bed. The beautiful view of the garden from our room was a highlight.

One negative experience was an additional charge on our bill that we were not informed about. The kitchen in the accommodation lacked equipment, with only one fork, knife, and limited dishes. We would have preferred to see more flowers in the garden to enhance the view. The breakfast seemed overpriced for the limited variety of food available, and we felt a nearby cafe would have provided better value for money.
