Water pressure was a bit sketchy but other than that everything was ok

I loved the location, perfect view, great size for a hotel - you have everything you need but it’s not crowded, and the staff is so kind. Breakfast is from local providers, but you should definitely try their signature dinner as well. And in peak season there was plenty of space in the sauna, and we really enjoyed the beautiful panoramic room.

A truly wonderful experience at this superb hotel. The service was friendly and the staff genuinely attentive. The entire team is absolutely fantastic. Don't miss the restaurant with its incredible array of flavors. I highly recommend this establishment. We felt right at home.

Everything was amazing

Everything was great. The cleanliness is excellent. The food is delicious, tasty, and originally served. We had lunch there. The breakfast is also carefully prepared. Orange juice is ready to order, and you will get freshly squeezed juice. The location is easily accessible, and parking is free. You can find a store very close by. The atmosphere is very welcoming and warm, with not too many rooms and guests. The nature is astonishing, especially if you have a room with a view of the mountains. Really glad that we were there and we will return if we decide to visit Kranjska Gora again. In the meantime, we will definitely recommend it to our friends.
