A recepción dolgozok nagyon segitőkészek voltak !

Sajnos meg kell változtatnom a véleményt,3 évvel ezelőtt 5* adtam de sajnos azóta nagyon sok mimden változott és sajnos rossz irányba!3.8.2025 megérkeztünk és sajnos nem teljesen kész szobát kaptunk amit mindjárt ki is cseréltek! Az étterem felszolgálás sajnos nagyon de nagyon rossz!Ma a reggelinel 20 perces várakozás után el mentem a reggeliztető felszolgalo után mivel sem csésze se tányér de meg szalvéta sem volt!Ma az ebédnél ebben a szép időben szerettünk volna a teraszon ebédelni fél óra várakozás után mentem megkérdezni a recepción hogy a teraszon van e felszolgálás a második panasz után jött ki valaki felvenni a rendelést!Nagyon el vagyok szomorodva!A párom 2 alkalommal van itt velem Sk -Ba de a második véleménye sajnos nem pozitiv! Egy jó dolog a Recepción dolgozók nagyon segítőkészek! 1 órás várakozás után meg kaptam a hideg ebédet! Köszönöm szépen! Valószínű ez volt az utolsó foglal adunk ebben a hotelban !
