La dueña era muy simpática y agradable

El cuarto estaba muy sucio, había cucarachas, hormigas incluso escarabajos. Ademas el frigorífico olía muy mal y las sabanas y las toallas estaban sucias

No me respetaron la reservación que tenía, al llegar al hotel me dijeron que solo tenían 2 habitaciones disponibles de las 4 que había reservado y la señora que salió a decirnos muy quitada de la pena y me dijo que yo viera que hacía que ella ya no tenía habitación disponible y que no por eso la iban a meter a la cárcel, una extidud pésima de la señora, para los futuros viajeros tengan cuidado ⚠️ para que no pasen por esta mala experiencia.

"Super séjour à Palenque et superbe accueil ! Merci beaucoup"

Accueil très chaleureux, nous avons pu avoir la chambre dès 7h le matin. La Clim fait du bien et la chambre est grande avec une petite terrasse, parfaite pour deux ! Très bon rapport qualité prix. Le logement est bien situé et propose des tours vers la jungle et le site archéologique de Palenque. Si vous aimez les animaux, ils y a plusieurs chats et chiens très mignons ☺️
