Dobrý deň, poloha hotela je výborná, čistota v poriadku, zariadenie izieb dobrá, až na to, že nám chýbal minibar, čo by rozhodne v štvorhviezdičkovom hoteli nemal!!!

Nemôžem sa stotožniť s výberom ponúkaných raňajok! Nepatrím medzi vyberavých klientov, ale keď si zaplatím pobyt v štvorhviezdičkovom hoteli, očakávam adekvátne služby včetne jedla. Pravidelne využívam pobyty v hoteloch tejto kategórii, tak viem s určitosťou porovnať výber aj kvalitu ponúkaných jedál a surovín. Do tohto pobytu som nemala v tomto ohľade čo vytknúť v žiadnom štvorhviezdičkovom hoteli, pretože všetko bolo na rovnakej- vysokej úrovni, výber aj rôznorodosť potravín. Hotel Grand v Trenčíne nám ponúkol neskutočne malý výber raňajkového menu, nehovoriac o tom, že už o 8 hod chýbali rôzne potraviny, ktoré nikto z personálu nesledoval a doplnili ich až na vyžiadanie klientov, samozrejme za predpokladu, že mali čo doplniť!!! Stávalo sa, že už nemali čo doplniť!!! S takýmto niečím som sa v hoteloch tejto kategórii ešte nestretla, tak mi nedá to vytknúť. Zároveň aj kvalita potravín bola nízka. Ak si chcú zachovať úroveň a povesť štvorhviezdičkového hotela, mali by v tejto oblasti urobiť radikálne zmeny. Čo sa týka wellnessu, nemám námietky. Dúfam, že moje postrehy padnú na úrodnú pôdu a pomôžu hotelu si udržať patričný štandard aj v oblasti gastronómii.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt gar nicht. Ostblockcharme, Preis nur durch Kulturhauptstadt zu erklären.

Hôtel très bien situé avec parking privé. Tout est propre et l'accueil est bon.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, możliwość skorzystania z płatnego zamkniętego parkingu w pobliżu hotelu. Duży pokój. Sympatyczni pracownicy w recepcji.

Hotel jest raczej skromny, nie "Grand" ;-). Szafka pod umywalką zużyta i "naprawiona" czymś przypominającym taśmę izolacyjną.
