Le fait que l’on ne puisse pas régler la puissance de l’air conditionné. La personne présente à mon arrivée n’a pas voulu m’informer si mon ami était dejà arrivé ( il avait réservé une autre chambre avec mon conseil ) Je n’avais pas demandé le numéro de sa chambre …. Juste si il était arrivé ! RGPD appliqué de manière extrême et administrative pour un hôtel. La même personne nous a dit qu’il n’y a de bouteilles d’eau à la carte des boissons. Uniquement des soft, smoothies …. Le lendemain matin, on repose la question à une collègue de la première…. Et on a eu de l’eau !!!

Really love this place, everything about it was amazing. Super comfy bed, amazing view, lovely balcony. And check in was so easy.

Really close to the city centre everything is very clean and well maintained. There is breakfast available but we opted out.

It's more like an Airbnb as there is no reception in the afternoon or evening. Not what I expect from a hotel. Also bathroom has no doors at all, which makes it a privacy issue depending on who you are travelling with. Also our room faced the inside yard on the ground floor so it's pretty dark and also again no privacy as people sit in front of your glass door.

De luchtbehandeling (airco) maakte veel geluid (herrie). Omdat het warm was kwam de airco vaak in bedrijf. De airco uitzetten was geen optie omdat het dan veel te warm zou worden op de kamer.

The rooms are beautiful, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the location is excellent. Breakfast is varied and delicious.

We had booked two rooms. One was well prepared, but the other had a horrible odor, that turned out to be coming from an unemptied trash can. Also the other trash can was full. The staff responded to this quickly and the smell improved, but that took some time. Additionally, we were asked for our dietary requirements upon checking in, but when we arrived for breakfast, both of our requirements had been ignored, and the morning staff said no notes had been made with the booking. This was not the end of the world, but both occurances indicated that attention to detail could be improved.

We stayed in the penthouse and we love the facilities. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Lovely view. Parking at a short distance for 11 euros per day. Plenty of food options around. Self-check in was smooth.

Elevator was very slow, but not really an issue. Some people mention the loud ventilation, but we hardly noticed - this is in the living room, not the bedroom.
