The location is amazing and the staff too.

The huts are simple but not very well maintained or cleaned. The floor in the room doesn’t seem to be cleaned before our arrival. The mosquito net is broken in various areas so not very useful. The fact that is eco doesn’t mean that needs to be poorly serviced, especially if the price is quite higher than other similar locations. The position on the lagoon is amazing, so much potential, but even if ideas were great, like the hammock to relax in the water, that was broken and really poor looking. Shame as it could have been a superb experience. We specifically chose it as was more expensive and we were expecting a special experience.

I enjoyed the access to the lake and the peaceful environment.

The restrooms, my parents restroom smelled horribly it did not have proper ventilation and made it hard for them to avoid the smell.

The location near the lagoon was great. The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast was great.

The rooms were so close to each other and with gaping holes in structure you could here everybody around you. When they shower, sit on the little veranda chatting or having sex. There is no coffee facilities in your room. The matrass was very hard and the mosquito nets were not closing all the way around. We had not a great view as we were at the back of the rows of bungalows. we stayed for 3 nights and the cupboards were not suitable to unpack our suitcases. We booked via the app and when you want to do payment on this property you have 2 options, pay now or pay later with added cost to your bill. The option to pay now does not work and you have to pay the extra and that is how they make more out of you. We were very upset but be aware of there schemes. The road was bad and need some upkeep.

Food offer needs improvement

The room was as advertised, with a little terrasse and a spacious outdoor bathroom. It was private and close to the water. The staff were super sweet and friendly. The facilities on the water were great as well, but the main hut was under construction. I appreciated the free kayaks as well, even though it was too windy to use them during our stay.

The bedsheets were old and cheap and the mosquito net was not actually functional as it did not close completely. There was an unpleasant odour from the bathroom sink. The lights from the path outside shone through the window slats and wallboards at night which was distracting when trying to sleep. No major complaints, just a few little things to consider.

Javier was a great host and made us feel very welcome. He was great fun. The place is at one with the beauty of its surroundings.

Excellent place to relax

Javier was excellent, he tried to do everything in his power to make my stay nice. The compost toilets I thought was great. The bed was comfortable. The facilities on the lake were fabulous. The location was quiet (but then again that can depend on neighbors which is beyond their control so I was lucky).

The room was dark, I could barely see in the daytime and needed to put on a lamp at all times. Maybe paint the walls a light color to help? The food in the facilities was very mediocre at best. At least they had service because other places don't even have food. I think they could put more attention in all the details and upkeep to make it a more pleasant stay.
