"Staying at Casa Limonchelo made my first visit to Morelia a memorable one."

Raul is an excellent host. He treated us very well and the breakfast was great. The location is excellent and even though parking is about a block away, I felt more comfortable since it is gated and locked up overnight. I traveled with my wife and two kids and felt safe the entire trip.

I loved my stay. I went into this trip knowing that the place isn’t modern and was 100% ok with that. Some people may prefer a less personal more modern establishment.

I loved everything about Casa Limonchelo! Raul, the owner, is fantastic - friendly, knowledgable, helpful. This boutique hotel is absolutely gorgeous. Beautiful courtyards. High ceilings, tastefully furnished. Very clean. Comfortable beds! In fact, I slept better there than I sleep at home! The location is excellent, near the center with so many beautiful buildings and plazas to visit. Morelia is a beautiful and interesting colonial city. It's perfectly safe, regardless of what you may read in the media. A side visit to Patzcuaro (one hour bus ride away) is recommended, another beautiful, much smaller city.

Excellent property in great location, quiet, great value.Very safe and family friendly area. Beautiful parts of the city and many restaurants just blocks away. Raul is a great host. Ample continental breakfast. Would gladly return

"Some challenges finding the place, however good friendly environment and service."

The place itself was wonderful, the service from the staff was great, the breakfast was good.

I think cleanliness can improve overall, the place need more staff to running the place. I didn’t like that the place was locked upon arrival.
