Wir würden die Zimmer im Haupthaus nicht unbedingt als luxuriös bezeichnen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, aber der Begriff "Luxury Chalet" kann etwas höhere Erwartungen wecken.

Hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Location was great- easy to walk or drive into town and to national Park. Beautiful views from the chalet.

A lot was recently constructed and in process of being finished. There were no lights on the dark stairs at night but they were in process of putting some in. Little details inside were recently being finished.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve stayed in. The villa we stayed in was completely new, the Jacuzzi and sauna in the room is an amazing treat, the breakfast is tasty and fresh, and the best part is the wonderful staff who is there for every question and assistance. The moment we arrive they gave us a WhatsApp number and we could ask and communicate about anything we needed. Even got great restaurant recommendations. If you plan on visiting zabljk, please do yourself a favor and book this place. You will not regret it!

La situation et la vue des chambres étaient magnifiques. Le petit déjeuner était fabuleux et les lieux étaient très propres. On avait du café ou du thé à volonté pendant la journée, ainsi que de la crème glacée.

Un jour, il y a eu un oubli de serviettes dans les chambres. Il y avait un petit souci d’odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain ainsi qu’un problème d’évacuation de l’eau de la douche. Nous avions une kitchenette mais les équipements étaient quasi inexistant.

Jacuzzi was vuil en werkte niet. Geen terras aan onze studio. Te duur voor wat het is .

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the free coffee and icecream. The breakfast was also very good.

I was disappointed with our room as we booked a room with a mountain view. The view from our room was straight into reception and a brick wall. The room also felt very tired. Not at all as expected after viewing the pictures on line before booking. There is also a lot of building work happening around the hotel complex. This ment drilling and stone cutting all day including the weekends. This was not only noisy but we had to endure clouds of chocking stone dust whilst trying to relax by the pool. This building work is likely to last for many months. We also came back from a day out to find the pool full of children / families who were not staying at the hotel. They were noisy and took up the whole pool and all of the sun beds. This was extremely frustrating as we weren't able to use the facilities that we had paid for, for many hours.

Jovanna and the staff were exceptional. Requested a quiet room and also bought tea bags for us So clean. Great facilities and free ice cream! Location has fab views. Can walk to town but best to drive. You need a car really to enjoy scenic drives

There is a bit of style over practical here. There are wow factors with dining room furniture for example but it is terribly uncomfortable as the wire legs mean you cannot get near the table. Also never had single 2ft 6 beds. Blackout curtains etc but the fixtures are cheap and falling apart. Cleaner tied lovely bows on curtains but they were hanging down off rail. No hooks and no plug near kettle. Cupboard by front door is shelved so not good for hanging coats or ski gear in winter. None of this is fault of staff but could easily be remedied.
