NORTH STORY - Luxury Chalet - Apartments & rooms

We stayed 3 nights at the hotel. We received a warm and helpful attitude from the hotel staff, especially the manager. The room is small but cozy. Good breakfast. We ended each day in a delightful jacuzzi.

Small room, not enough electrical outlets

A stunning place, completely renovated, maintained to a high standard, with an extraordinary view. We were in an apartment facing the view of the mountains in a pleasant bedroom with a small living room . The team, led by the lovely Jovana, gave us the warmest and friendliest feeling one could expect. Starting with a cordial tour of this boutique hotel, the pleasant small dinning area in which there is free coffee and ice cream all day long. We were looking for a supermarket to buy milk, but Jovana offered and immediately brought a new carton for our use. They also made sure to provide us with wood for the fireplace for a romantic winter evening. We didn't use the swimming pool due to the cold weather, but had a pleasant evening in the private sauna and later in the outdoor warm jacuzzi . Extraordinary hospitality that leaves a pleasant feeling .

The kitchenette is tiny and minimalistically equipped .

The staff was very nice and helpful. The place is very clean and the location is great. We will be glad to visit again.

Das Navi kannte die Straße noch nicht und die Chalets befanden sich noch im Bau - dementsprechend war die Außenanlage.

Staff were amazing. So kind, professional and helpful. Cannot praise them highly enough!!
